Capstone Project
Worked closely with my team to ideate a new product and conducted comprehensive research to inform the development of a business model for a cell-cultured seafood offering within the alternative protein industry. Our work focused on understanding the technical processes and resources required to develop a viable product, as well as the broader ecosystem needed to build and scale a company. This included analyzing regulatory pathways, evaluating funding requirements, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities. We also engaged key opinion leaders, including scientists and bioprocess engineers, and conducted voice-of-customer outreach to assess the desirability, feasibility, and commercial viability of the concept.
