Projects
Below is a list of projects successfully completed during my Master’s degree program
Industry Project with Orsini
Digital Marketing Strategy
My team and I collaborated with Orsini to explore a strong digital strategy to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of Orsini’s digital marketing by first performing a SWOT analysis to assess its current branding and positioning. We also reviewed the digital strategies of key competitors in the specialty pharmacy space. Based on these insights, we provided strategic recommendations to help Orsini reach key stakeholders, strengthen relationships, and position itself as the specialty pharmacy partner of choice.

We conducted market research, identified competitors, assessed product introduction requirements, and engaged with key opinion leaders and customers. Our work provided valuable insights into the best ways to reach potential customers.
